Monastic Order creation
The way the creaton of a new monastic order works, either has a oversight or it was designed in a way that makes no sense.

First of all, the issue that I encountered: I created a new order, and after a couple decades the order was growing. Suddenly, it just got dissolved. No reason at all. I just got a notification saying it got dissolved. The Abbot that lead it was now wandering with all the money and the church holdings that it leased went to my realm priest.

Here i see something that i cant find a good reason to work like this. You cannot revive a dissolved order. I mean, why not? Why cant a king go to the order that he used to be patron of and decide to revive it? Is it because of the Pope? Well, the Pope is my puppet so...why not?

But ignoring this situation i decided to found a new one, and here things started making less sense. I wanted to create the order in the same church holding that the former order started in. Issue is that the game does not allow it.
First issue is that the church holding is autimatically leased to your realm priest and you cant revoke it. So you are forced to use some loopholes. If your realm priest is landed you need to grant him independence or give him as a vassal to a higher liege, if he is not, then kill him or wait for him to die, and then pause the game before a new priest is assigned and takes all the churches again.
But after you do all this (that shouldn't be necessary but the game forces you to do) another issue appears, the game does not let you found a new order on an already existing church holding. Only empty slots to create a new temple.
This makes even less sense. If I have plenty of churches around the realm, including one that used to be the hq of a previous order, why do i need to make a new church.

The best comparison i can think of is military orders. to create a new one, you dont need empty slots, you lease to them a castle or city olding that already exists. And in case of city holdings, you dont even need to revoke the title to his mayor, just selecting the city when creating the order it will transfer automatically to the order and kick the mayor.
But the point is that you lease an already exiting holding why cant i also lease an already existing temple to create a monastic order as well. I can give them already existing churches after the order is already created, so why not the first one as well?
