Kholek Suneater
Since they put yet another pay to win faction in the game, poor old Kholek is now surrounded by them and playing a campaign with the ever chosen he is ALWAYS wiped out by the maggot lord/Chaos Dwarfs before i get to him.

I could ignore Boris I suppose and go straight for him through the maggot lord BUT i feel that will bite you on ass with Boris eating up everything you have just taken.

Is there any way to bring back Kholek? Is it possible with a rebellion?

Also, how annoying is the vassal system for Chaos. If the province you happen to take last is the capital which spawns the vassal they start with no settlements and immediately run off and suicide against the nearest enemy settlement and then you can't bring them back and you can't gift them a settlement because they don't have any. Hard to believe this is the system, clearly no one is playing Chaos for people not to have complained about this.
You can fudge it and keep a constantly sacked settlement nearby for them to take but it's a pain at the start of the game.

With vassels broken and Azazel being broken I've been avoiding Chaos Warrior factions. Hope you enjoy getting no income or even negative income from your vassels if you continue to try. I spent money on that damn dlc and am the big salty.

Sounds bad, I don't have the DLC and subjugated the maggot lord, the chaos dwarfs and the weird one in the far east but building outposts doesn't give you the boosts like it does with norse settlements. I think it just needs what they have done for the dwarfs really, a mechanic to confed defeated LL and sort out the tribal system.
Isn't it really easy to revive Kholek?

That's my question, if you know how, please do tell.

At least you should be able to revive dead vassal nations when reconquering their settlements or maybe even gift vassal settlements to other vassals..

He can be revived from one of his starting vassal's settlement.

Rebellion at Dragons Death, Central Chimera Plateau. I think Archaon can just revive him as a vassal by taking one of his starting regions too (but that might just be Norcas).

Specifically vassal income is broken, you can get negative income from your vassals, in other words they leech money from you when they're supposed to pay tribute.
