But if they were to implement this mechanic as a BUILDING (tier 4/5) to link different Skaven cities (or to undercities - Edit : maybe too OP to include undercities here), then I wouldn't mind and I would find it cool,
such as taking from 1 to X turn to reach different (long distance) locations
(with ~ let's say ~ a possibility for races with underway to intercept or something, to spice things up...).
Just to be clear I used the term "teleport" in the context of a game mechanic. By all means we can call it "Under-empire journey" or something to fit the lore. But the army will teleport in the game as a mechanic either way. Naturally, the journey can take as many turns as we deem to be balanced.
I just find it peculiar that I have to travel by boat for multiple turns across the ocean to invade lets say Lustria, when i supposedly should have the under-empire at my disposal as a Skaven.
