Belakor - turn humans into daemon princes?

Been slaughtering the brets and empire for 50 turns, no daemon princes. Is it bugged or just a super small chance?

They need to survive and not be legendary. An alternative is doing hero actions on the generic human lords.

Early in the campaign I sent a low level hero down to bretonia and hero actioned a newly hired bretonian lord. After a few turns I got a message and a demon prince was in the hirable lord pool.

Just send a couple heroes and use their actions on those generic human lords... if you succeed they get marked and in 10 turns they die and you get a daemon prince into the lord pool.

Its real simple... you can get more daemon princes than you can field armies, i have like 20 in the bank but only a couple on the field as the new generic lords are awesome too.

Yes that is supposed to be one of his powers, that he can mark enemy generic lords and eventually turn them into demon princes and convert them to your side.

Any succusful lord action causes the debuff 'shadow of Bel'akor to appear on the lord. 10 turns later, he died and a demon prince is availible to recruit.
