But the game's probably checking for the advertised 2 GiB, and it's quite likely it's checking the wrong GPU if you have a system with integrated and discrete graphics (i.e. laptop).
Intel GPUs report something like 128 MiB of dedicated VRAM, even though they technically have 0.
Geforce RTX 3050, VRAM don't know how to check.
This is exactly what I'm playing on, laptop. Also wow....
It's something like prefer maximum performance.
lol I have to update my drivers because the nvidia control panel crashes each time I open it. First game to make me do it lol.
Edit: this better be some high quality graphics if it requires me to do this much work over something like Froza 4
Edit: Welp at least I own it now, so I can emu it legally. Should have kept my old PC.
