Hunter's Lodge, doing it wrong?

I recruited my first villager and put her in the hunters lodge.

Day 1: Walked to the village.
Day 2: Stood inside the hunter's lodge.
Day 3: Went out hunting but didn't bring anything back. I followed her and watched her shoot a bow and arrow at a mob over and over.
Day 4: Went hunting again, I didn't follow her, and again was empty-handed.

Any tips on what's going on? She's costing a lot with no profits lol

Had the same probleme. Maybe you should build a food storage, and then they will bring the meat into that building. Havent tried yet

I have a food storage and resource depot, both have food/wood inside. She didn't bring it to the food storage or to the chest inside the Hunter's Lodge. Ty though!

same problem and food storage isnt the solve... aniway its same problem with the lumberjack as well...

could it be the location? I placed mine in the woods, but away from the storage and houses, as I would place it in and strategic game. Workers dont want to walk that far? In need to place in the middle of my town and they walk to the hunting ground?

I have the same problem with lumberjack and hunter. No resource end up in any storage.

My Lumberjack is working and the logs end up in the resource storage. She needs tools (Axe) in the lumberjack building chest. Haven't tried the hunter yet, maybe there need to be bows and arrows in the chest?

I def. see my guy working, also with axe, but the amount he is producing (and he is gathering lvl 6) is ridiculous. I have 5 inhabitants and if I don't supply wood consequently they run out of it

I also have this problem
I have a hunter and she does not seem to hunt anything. I have put a spear in the crafting house just encase she needed a weapon and I check both the food storage and the hunting lodge but nothing

Lookslike putting axe to woodcuter storage helps. 1 axe per day. seems 5 log \ day

A hunter might be needing a knife. You also need one to get the meat.

The amount will depend on how skilled they are at extraction.

Mine hasn't managed to harvest anything as far as I can tell. He still has his 8 stone axes waiting in the woodcutter storage and he does the wood chopping animation sort of near trees but nothing is ever actually gathered.

My hunter just stands around in the hunting lodge. He doesn't even attempt to make spears or a bow and there is no way for me to give him these things..

You put them in the crate in the lodge. A knife and a spear is all they need. The meat they get will show up in the same crate.

The Hunter's Lodge needs a weapon and a knife, not sure if spears work because mine only started hunting once I put a bow and arrows in the chest. For the Woodshed you have to place Axes in there, they use the first few axes up kinda fast though so if you want to see some logs coming in you have to place multiple axes in the woodshed chest and keep it full
