NOTE: I do like "THE BEAST" though as my favorite truck type. It handles better than most trucks imo. Not to spoil too much, but you might like the racing quest in the game since your avatar is speed racer..lol.
ProTip: saying something backwards because it's funny and you know no one will believe it doesn't work on the internet where you can't see people's faces and can't hear their tone of voice, and where there's always someone messing up.
That said, apart from one questline, vehicles are only a means of getting from point A to point B.
The Kusanagi has more HP, but also more mass, than Jackie's Arch does. So not sure how they compare (haven't tried the Kusanagi yet.) Also, if you have the requisite skill, you can change the Arch's specs slightly (guide doesn't give the numbers) by telling Jackie to tune it during the scene during the early quest, and that will change it somewhat too.
The only thing that makes sense to look at is the first person view. If you use it.
There are no races, chases, car shootouts, etc. in the game. So don't care.
