What's the mod that make zombie's clothes tattered?

anyone know? I install too many mods but don't find any cause that make all zombie's clothes tattered

Its a default option called "simple clothing textures"
Strongly advise to keep it turned off because as the game renders more blood decals on damaged clothing it uses more and more ram until you get a blue screen crash. This is a long standing well known memory leak. The more ram you have available the longer you can play before crashing.
