Hey, I have completed the game and definitely collected well over a 100 coins but the achievement did not pop. Is it supposed to be 100 coins in a session?

Hi. I love your game and it's nearly perfect. :) But there is one thing I miss: I would love to rebind the shoot button to the left trigger or left bumper, but it seems there is no option for rebinding. Do you have plans to add such an option?

How do I know which levels I died on? Finished the game, and got 100% on all the levels,and the scoreboard show my stats. Now I am looking to get deaths down to zero. But how do I know which levels need to be replayed without deaths?
