Saved Plans Skill Leveling
Are saved plans supposed to auto level your skills? If so, it's not working. Is there a setting I'm missing? If anyone can help, that would be much appreciated!

No, i don't think saved plans level up the skills for you, only acts as recommendation.
At least i don't remember them to auto-level according to plan.
