USEP DETAILED
SUMMERY OF CHANGES
*Fixed missing small grid battery model.
*Fixed missing laser antenna models again.
*Fixed custom antenna and beacon ranges script yet again.
*Fixed loose files. (a loose model of a LG Connector thats not yet finished for implementation).
*Fixed crashes on loading a game session when no antennas are placed.
A generous contribution by Clone Commando.
*Added new icons to wheels to help distinguish which wheel corresponds to which side and fixed a minor typo. Sorry about that.
*Implemented Rover Cockpit. Because we need a cockpit for wheeled/land based vehicles. KEEN! Add this to vanilla already.
*A 1x2x1 small grid passanger seat variant added.
*Small grid oxygen generator and tank mount points fixed.
*Fixed medical station to use the whole flat surface on top and bottom! Forgot about that. Was very annoying.
*Sensor range now increased to 800m on large grid and 600m on small grid because it should have the same logical detection range like turrets.
IE, set sensors as defense activators if enemy detected but should not exceed the turrets range of fire. For balance.
*Tweaked the mount points on programmable blocks as per request.
*Added 1x1x1 merge block to the game, you can find it in the small grids wheel menu. ^^
*Added new drone and rover type 1x1x1 laser antenna. Also added a 1x1x1 battery for drones and cars!
*The small battery is half the stats of vanilla battery and requires less resources to build.
Took lots of work to figure this out. Couldnt do it without SEModder4 though. Thanks man! Your awesome!
*It is now possible to place a camera (or any other block but i dont advise that, AT ALL) between small grid reloadable rocket launchers rocket tubes. Also easier placements of the small gird rocket launcher.
That should make rocket pods easier to place.
*Wheels are now hidden behind the wheel menu. Dont worry! They are not gone, its just focusing more on the wheel menu and cleaning up the bunch of tires cluttered items in the G menu.
*Both small and large reactors on both grids can be switched via wheel menu.
*Implemented my vanilla astronaut "dirty alpha" texture fix.
*Small ship antenna range increased from (5km / 5000m) to (30km / 30000m) and large ship antenna from (50km / 50000m) to (60km / 60000m). I think past 2050 we can manage drones having at least half the range of the larger antenna.
For christ sake, my friends simple quad coppter has a 1km / 1000m range with real time video feed. Come on... I mean, DRONES! SPACE AGE! ugh...
*You can cycle reactor types via the wheel menu for better accessibility.
*Laser antennas has now 1 million range. Because its hard enough sometimes to maintain line of sight
and laser antenna having shorter range than a radio antenna is beyond me, just unacceptible. FIXED! xD
*Seen myself placing a lot of control panels besides button panels on small ships
but i always had to use two separate G objects when id consider them to be of same category.
So now its in the wheel menu. Its a efficiency and accessablity thing.
*Now your able to place double wheels and adding the same size as well. ^^
*Now able to place windows on the outside armor slope. YEY!
*Those SG small atmo. thrusters really had some funky placement requirements
even tho it had that mount surface on sides longer than the vanilla placement permited. Odd. o.o
*Having a flat mountable surface on the landing gears sides but not being able to actually place anything makes no sense. FIXED! xD

Rule of thumb here, if it has a surface that i think you could place something there, you can. xD
Sorry if i forgot to mention some things. Everything else is detailed in "USEP DETAILED" discussion below because it cant fit here.

IMPORTANT!
Place this mod last in the modlist if you want this mod to override any other mod.
Apparently, the top first mods in the mod list is overriding any mod lower in the list.
Usually its the other way around, but we already know Keens a special kind of developer. xD
So, place this mod top on the mod list for it to override any other mod.
But its not mandatory. If some mod does something better or you simply want something changed by a different mod, place it under before USEP in the list.




COMPATIBILITY
This should work on both Stable and Dev branches.
This mod is compatible with both versions of small ship mod packs.
Do not use with Moddable Radio Antenna Ranges since this mod is included.

NOTE, if you see errors from USEP originating from the USEP_COMPATIBILITY.sbc
do not worry, that is normal. It just informs you that it has not loaded parts of its definition due to lack of other mods. That is intended. For instance, USEP and both small ship mod packs add a SG merge block 1x1x1. The USEP_COMPATIBILITY.sbc is there so that the end user doesnt have two identical blocks in the G-menu but is determined by the load order.
The first mod to load will have priority in that matter.
