Spellslinger
- Primary/Crossbow
- Bolts could either be eerie looking needles with team-colored liquid in them, or magical energy bolts
- Functionally the same as Crusader's crossbow
Set Effect:
- Additional voice responses
Voice Response Suggestions:
- 'I have so much power!'
- 'I am full of magic!'
Das Kursorsläughter
-25% overheal
-+5% ubercharge rate
+Ubercharge causes a buff that overheals the wearer 20% and makes them 20% resistant to arrows and blast damage
-During Ubercharge the Medic and Subject cant get healed for 30 seconds
Problem with your idea is that it's sort of a watered down version of the Vaccinator - it'd be useful in Medieval Mode, but in main gameplay it'd be kind of silly to have.
If I was gonna use a Medigun instead of a Crossbow, I'd go this path...
Spellslinger/Witchdoctor
-Ubercharge is replaced with 'Mana', which regenerates automatically or upon visiting a locker
-Mouse 3 cycles through spells
-Primary fire casts spell
Available Spells:
- Heal - Regenerates target's health
- Hurt - Fires a blast of magical energy that deals minor damage/knockback (short-to-mid range... think a smaller version of Merasmus' blast attack)
- Telekinesis - Grabs projectiles (that can be reflected) and, upon release, throws them forward
- Teleport - Return to base

It's purely cosmetic, of course, but still.
