What items could be with this in a set?
I would love a giant flask on his back filled with team color liquid that connects to his medigun.

I would love a slongshot to shoot the potions with, the idea is simaler to the crossbow. Heal Allies, or do acid dmg to enemys. The potions would have more of an arch, and a pull mechanic like the Huntsman.

This would go wonderfuly well with a blighted beek that had a black hood around the head of the medic

It needs to work hand and hand with the medieval medic set and foppish physisian

-10% overheal
+5% ubercharge rate
Ubercharge makes the medic and person getting healed be 75% faster, invaunerable to all status ailments, and have a 40% higher damage resistance
If it's going in the direction of magic, methinks...

Spellslinger
- Primary/Crossbow
- Bolts could either be eerie looking needles with team-colored liquid in them, or magical energy bolts
- Functionally the same as Crusader's crossbow

Set Effect:
- Additional voice responses

Voice Response Suggestions:
- 'I have so much power!'
- 'I am full of magic!'

yeah, cool idea but it is in dire need to not have a reskin i have an idea

Problem with your idea is that it's sort of a watered down version of the Vaccinator - it'd be useful in Medieval Mode, but in main gameplay it'd be kind of silly to have.

If I was gonna use a Medigun instead of a Crossbow, I'd go this path...

Spellslinger/Witchdoctor
-Ubercharge is replaced with 'Mana', which regenerates automatically or upon visiting a locker
-Mouse 3 cycles through spells
-Primary fire casts spell

Available Spells:
- Heal - Regenerates target's health
- Hurt - Fires a blast of magical energy that deals minor damage/knockback (short-to-mid range... think a smaller version of Merasmus' blast attack)
- Telekinesis - Grabs projectiles (that can be reflected) and, upon release, throws them forward
- Teleport - Return to base
Here's a set idea I had; just replace 'Arcane Arsenal' with this (the idea is basically the same anyway)
