Scenario Issue.
Hey, a firend of mine is making a map for us to use with our friends. Unfortunatly, whenever we start the game, purple team always has 4/0 population. Tried using the Huns, building houses, changing location of the towncenter. It stays the same, and it will not allow you to build any more units since you're over the max accoding to the 4/0 pop reader.

Go to the scenario editor and click the players tab. Select the team # that has the issues and set the population limit to whatever you want. Hope this helps
