I like it but I'm afraid it's going to become a furry item. IDK maybe it will be fine if its only on sniper and its unpaintable.

The Wallaby War Bonnet is better. You should add that instead.

Looks great, very fitting for sniper! I'd be shocked if this wasn't included in the next update.

Ok, now I know where to start. Thanks for the help ertz and rain :D
Rain↯  [author] Sep 6, 2013 @ 5:42pm
@|TVB| 2brostudio Yes, only skin weighting is gonna give you that smooth transition.
2brostudio Sep 6, 2013 @ 1:56pm
@ Rain* Yeah, rigging (I learned it as vertex assigning but potato, potahto). But yes, I'd assign the bottom half to (I think) Bip Spine 3 so it would stay on his shoulders, then the top to the Bip Headbone. The problem is in the middle, where it doesn't smoothly transition between the two. I haven't actually tried skin weights, like ertz suggested, so that might be the case.

@ |TVB| 2brostudio, I don't really get the question eather. You mean you had a hard time rigging?
Ertz™ Sep 6, 2013 @ 3:19am
assign skin weights ?
2brostudio Sep 5, 2013 @ 5:44pm
Ironically I've had an idea for a hat like this as well for a while, but coinceidences aside this is looking good so far :p. Minor question, but how did you manage to make the hat form correctly with vertex-bone assigning? I've been trying for a while with another hat but it always turns out jagged around the neck or not propped on his shoulders correctly.
Jeefk0 Sep 5, 2013 @ 3:15pm
That's sick, why would you be using your wife as a hat?
