Thanks. I must admit. I don't remember how to solve this one. It's been awhile since I posted it.

Geez, Andi! I darn near flipped out over that flipping challenge. Another great map from your workshop.

Getting that second cube was fun solution.

Thanks for playing and thanks for commenting.

It's a fair puzzle; somewhat tricky, although somewhat punishing if the player screws up.

Thank you very much, I appreciate it.

I'm gonna favorite this beauty. I had loads of fun. Didn't solve it in one session though, having been beaten to submission several places. The faithplates were one place. I kept trying to shoot a portal in the floor while flying. Eventually figured out a better way. The angled panel in the upper room was another. It wouldn't cooperate. Afterward I watched toncica do it on the first try. No fair. The logic involved moving the cubes was just right. Hard but not fourth dimensional like some I've seen. Overall you did good. Looks good and you get a good feeling as you exit. Thank you and I'll see ya round the workshop.
Try The Beginning and The End when you get time please.

Once again, you have solved the test exactly the way it was intended. Nice job.

Thank you again. I do try to make chambers that make the player think about what has to be done next because it's the chambers I love to play the most. Your comment confirms that I've done just that and I appreciate it.

Ok. I have commented on a few of your maps, but any time a map impresses me I feel I have to let the author know. This map was not a level, but rather an experience. You have captured why I love portal-using only a few elements in so many different ways. This one takes the "cake"- a healthy dose of critical thinking.

GLaD you liked it. I'll be happy to try your map.

Nice map... :-) not easy at all :-)
Try my map.. :-)

@Nalkahn Thanks. To answer your question, yes. For those who can't throw cubes well, it will extract that cube from the glass tube.

@MeatBag I know what you're talking about now. Made another modification to prevent that.
MeatBag 13 jan. 2013 às 23:36
Replayed updated version. Still able to jump around the glass wall to get cube without the beam (I threw cube to the laser field to get it :) ) but now it's useless because of fizzler added near third cube. So don't worry about it :)
And I wallstrafed to get ball :D It harder than normal solution))

Good fixes, thumbs up :)

Nice map with some cube management. Did the orange beam is supposed to be usefull ?
Andi  [autor] 13 jan. 2013 às 18:54
@toncica Just watched your video. You really made it hard on yourself obtaining the first cube. Funny thing, I did consider using the light bridge to get the cube but decided against it. It was too erratic sliding down at a 45 degree angle so I left the easier solution in place.
Andi  [autor] 13 jan. 2013 às 11:04
@MeatBag I forgot to answer your question about the third cube. The way I intended for this to be solved is to step on the button at the moment the cube falls. The panel will hit the cube over the grating on the other side.
Andi  [autor] 13 jan. 2013 às 10:51
@Innocentive Happy to hear you ejoyed this challange. Getting to the button in the second room doesn't require that you jump from the light bridge emitter but if it's easier and it works... go for it.

@toncica Sorry about the trouble you had but I hope you liked the challange

@MeatBag I tried to do what you did but I wasn't able to pull it off. Perhaps I didn't try hard enough. I'll make a modification to prevent that. Happy to hear you liked this map.
MeatBag 13 jan. 2013 às 4:32
Got one cube without tractor beam, just jump around glass wall . And should I throw third cube above grating to get it?..
Anyway I liked map :)

It feels like only half of my brain is working when I play Portal these days. I spent most time getting the first cube. Didn't see how that was supposed to go, failed and died a lot. Only now, as I look at the preview picture, I see how I could have gotten the cube easily. Facepalm!
Took me 36 minutes to finish, gonna upload the video.

This was fun! Perfect difficulty level for my taste: No solution that is immediately visible but all parts more or less easily solvable. Only remark is that the first step felt a bit unnatural to me, I might have done it wrong though: I jumped from the light bridge emitter to gain enough momentum to reach the button next room.
