I don't really have them on soundcloud because all it is is just some custom composed one shots to build atmosphere, it's not really complete pieces of music. But if you really want I could put them in a zip and put them on my dropbox

This level is fantastic! The custom visuals, as well as the puzzle itself, were very nice. Please, where is your soundcloud? I like the original music you made for this level so much!

I found the float to the exit elevator glitchy - maybe take control of the player at this point and float them thru the necessary turns into the elevator rather than rely on the player to get there themselves - theres nothing more to do anyway, and an end cinematic such as this caps this level nicely. The button triggers a strange light purple fuzz, like a teleportion - not sure if that is intentional, but was disconcerting - I kept looking for room changes, but found only minor changes. I assume this was means of implementing the exit? Not sure if thats such a good idea.

These test chambers are horrible. They are glitchy, and they are difficult to the point that completion doesn't bring a sense of acomplishment. And, if there is a story, like the tags imply, then it is either so horrible that the author removed it, or it is poorly exicuted. Fail all the ways around.

I think I've solved the white intro pieces problem. I forgot to include some essential meterials into the workshop file. also refined a bit of the floor brushwork in the pedestal room (some details were missing in one white strip).

I hope you all can see the intro now with full detail materials on the blocks instead of white. The "white room" with the cave johnson picture in it is no bug though.

Great puzzle, I'm sure. I never completed it as it was meant to be done.

GLITCH: After receiving the AHPD, I placed a portal on the room's only portalable surface, and placed the second portal on the top of the portalable surface outside the room. I jumped through the first portal, into the water, and into the gravity device from there. I floated through the exit and finished the level.

Ok, finally I made it =) I think the most difficult point of this level is it looks to really hard to indicate the cube room. Anyway thank you for a good experience.

Well, it is a most difficult map I have ever played. Ok, what should I do just after getting a portal gun? There is no way to reach the exit.

the white 'dreamy" room is normal. BTW i've updated the indicator on the second puzzle so it's a bit more clear now.

Nice map, but i can agree with demshock. The indicator line made me searching for an other button too. Took me about 10min to find out there is none and just try the obvious.

Yes, the line caused me searching for the mysterious other button, because usually the line means you have to open the door. In this case it useless. It's not a bad puzzle though. :) I make puzzles, too, but only in the easier editor.

Hmm, perhaps I should repaint the indicators to the diversity vent that pushes you to the door. I can now understand why this is puzzling. And the indicator needlessly points from the white wall to the door. If I redraw it it might be more "hintful" for players. ALthough I only have seen you complain. People should complain more so I can use that feedback to improve the signes and such :)

Finally I made it. I thought it's something more difficult because I thought I shoudl open the exit door, too. I've desperately searched for another button to put the cube on. I shouldn't. :)

This is a team effort with 4 or 5 people. I got a little help with setting up some stuff like 3d skybox for the intro room, and got advice on how to do some tech behind the scenes from the guy who made Suicide blitz for left 4 dead, The tech for the intro movie (with all the pieces) was a special animation model created by Bunny.

Then darth brush (of dead before dawn fame) came up with a restyle of the rooms for this workshop version. And he did the first 3 maps with it. Now I'm just building upon that for the next maps and we are besicly working together on it.

GLaDOS is performed by MissyChrissy and some custom icons are made by Tigerboy. So "everyone" had their part. All the puzzles and ideas & basic room design around them is mine though.

Anyone who gets the cube on the button and then doesn't know what is next, the unlocked room of all white is a momentum building room.

No, I can get back through to the main room with it as well. But from there it doesn't seem like there's anywhere else to go, I must be missing something.

It's good to consider not only what portal to place but which portal to keep if you brought the cube to the main room while you're still being in the pedestal room.

Much like demshock, I can get the cube into the main room and onto the button but from there I'm stuck. There doesn't seem to be anywhere else I can go, even in the second room the button lets you into.
