Can't place portals? I KNOW. The in-game editor doesn't have any entity to rotate portals like in some official puzzles in the story mode.The lights in the corner give a subtle hint where to be to be able to place portals.

I saw your comment and yes, some of the portable surfaces don't work for some reason ... It would've been a great level had it been for those darn buggy portable surfaces. I do love the other levels in this collection thought, nothing wrong with them!

Yeah, there are limitations with the in-game editor. I wish it could do so much more so that way I don't have to use Hammer. I understand there is a time and place for everything and Hammer is an overkill solution to get that part of the map fixed.

portalable surfaces doesn't seem to work (sometimes you can pur portals on them and sometimes you can't)
