- Fixed setting quantity not affecting battery energy
- Prevent vehicle damage if driver has godmode
- Sort permissions for network send/receive to guarantee correct order
- Unlink layout root in widget handler destructor (fixes widgets not getting cleaned up when closing parent)

- Added confirmation for deleting vehicles from vehicle manager
- Added admin to player messaging
- Fixed invisible players voice could not be heard by other players if the invisible players were not admins and moved from their original position
- Fixed weapons without internal or external mag or multiple muzzles not being chambered if spawning with attachments from object spawner (consistency)
- Fixed object spawner preview not being constrained by widget bounds
- Fixed spawn with attachments from object spawner not ignoring hidden slots
- Fixed spawn with attachments from object spawner not filtering by the same criteria as the item list (consistency)
