Thanks zero I watch your youtube, I lost my AOE 2 conq a while back so I had to make do after that HD edition helped me and so did this video since I played this when I was 6 now I know these things I think I can take my dad on in a lan game hahahha. Thanks again.

Hey no problem. Micro/ Micromanagement is to control your units very effectively. It's more then just selecting your units and telling them to attack. It's controlling their movement very specifically in order to maximise the effectiveness of the unit.

Pocket (Players*) exist in 3v3 and 4v4 games. As the 3/4 players are arranged on the map there will be two who are always on the edge and directly adjacent to an opponent and there will be one or two who are only adjacent to allys. These are the pocket players.

Comming from a VERY newbish player here, this is quite helpful from a new player's perspective. Though there are a few terms in the game I don't really understand too much on:

-Micro(ing)
-Pocket Units
