England at War v1

Notes:
- This is my first attempt at making a scenario and I wanted it to be interesting to play, so each faction have different starts and isn't very well balanced.
- This scenario is just deathmatch, no triggers.

Pick a side and fight over the English crown. In this scenario the English monarch has lost power over his own country. Most of the country has turned into bandits, but the biggest cities have formed their own factions in an attempt to take the crown. Also, noticing that England is in a vulnerable state, celts have invaded from the north.

Factions:
Player 1 - London - Britons
This is the strongest faction at the start of the game, but is surrounded by bandits and also has a lower population cap. The faction has the best opportunity to expand at the start of the game. Starts at castle age.

Player 2 - York - Britons
This faction starts in between bandits, celtic invaders and Warrington . Starts at war with Lancaster. Is very close to recources and starts with archers. Starts at Feudal age.

Player 3 - Warrington - Britons
Only faction to start with Galleys, and is has good defences. Starts at war with York. Is very close to recources but doesnt have much room to expand without using boats. Starts at Feudal age.

Player 4 - Cardif- Britons
Starts with bombard towers, but has little room to expand. Starts very close to Bristol.Starts at Dark age.

Player 5 - Celtic Invaders - Celts
Hardest start in the scenario. Starts with a lot of recources but no buildings and doesnt have a lot of space to go. starts at Dark age.

Player 6 - Bristol - Britons
Weakest faction to start with buildings. Has little defences but has spenty of recources. Starts at Dark age.

Player 7 - Bandits - Celts
Not playable. This faction is everywhere but will not come back after defeated. Guards most recources and roads.
