True Concealment for LW2

Tactical Mission Timers won't go down while squad concealed.

You can configure what missions this affects, by default affects all missions where you could use the officer perk "Intervention".

Go to SteamApps/workshop/content/268500/847481752/Config/XComGame.ini and add missions to exclude if you want.

More options:
1. You can make True Concealment make only work at a certain level of infiltration.
2. You can make the chance to retain a timer turn depend on the currnt percentage of infiltration.

Both are in the same config file.

This makes the game easier, which might be wanted or unwanted. If it's unwanted but you want this mod, tune down the timers (it's somewhere in LW2's ini. No idea where.)

Updated. On missions where reinforcements would start to tick from the first turn, it makes changes so it only happens after concealment is broken.

Overrides: none

Works on existing campaigns, but not existing missions.

If the mod requires LW2, it will not be updated for War of the Chosen as far as I'm aware, since it would require LW2 itself to be updated to War of the Chosen.

As useful as this mod is WotC renders it obsolete now. One of the unlockable effects for being in contact with the Reapers is the ability to prevent mission timers from counting down so long as the squad is concealed.

Perfect! No reason for the Advent to activate a self-destruct sequence on their own supply caches if they don't believe it's in danger.

thank you for this! i understand the need for a timer, but much prefer it working this way for better stealth play.

I was reluctant to try this mod out for this reason, but recently started a new campaign with it installed. And I don't know that this is actually the case. Yeah, you have a bit more time to get area intel and set up ambushes, and that opens up some new gameplay options. But the missions themselves seem to be as tough as they ever were. So nice job - I'm loving it.
