This is a recreation of the first mission of the Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis campaign, also known as ArmA: Cold War Assault. All sounds belong to Bohemia Interactive. Happy (slightly belated) birthday to Operation Flashpoint!

This mission requires the various CUP mods, which you can find linked to the right.

It's really good! I didn't mind them being marines instead of the army. Although, I didn't like how the camouflage didn't really fit its time. The Cold War era didn't use digital camo and it killed the atmosphere for me.

Nice little mission. But the AI acts very strange. My platoon walked very slowly towards the objective all the way along the beach, some units even started swimming.

My Helo got engaged as well though it did survive and land just fine. No AI mods here.

Fantastic! Absolutely love CWA and I wish there was a conversion of it to ARMA 3. Great job! :)

One time also the heli had problems to land, units jumped out and heli landed on them, killed half my squad.. :D

When is the next mission coming out?
