Fenrir Class Destroyer (Blueprint)

The Fenrir class of heavy destroyers are purpose built to hunt down and engage enemy capital ships. The potent mix of powerful forward thrust and heavy weapons allow it to close distance and disable or destroy its prey before it has a chance to jump away. Additionally, the heavy armor plating covering critical systems allows it to stand up in a firefight to ships far above it's weight class.

The standard configuration is intended to operate as part of a strike group or with a destroyer tender, so it has limited self resupply capabilities. For longer duration solo missions, the interior can be refitted with additional refining and manufacturing capacity.
