A variety of ship speed mods which are all Skybox Friendly.
Mix-and-match ship speeds. Pick a Small ship speed mod, and pick a Large ship speed mod.
Have the ship speeds you desire!

It does not modify the Environment.sbc file, so any custom environment settings are safe.
You can use it with any Skybox, including skyboxes that define their own custom speeds.

The maximum in game limit that ships can go to is half the speed of light. It is hard coded into the game code.
Unfortunately I believe the Havok engine has been limited to 999,999 m/s.

All speeds are specified for Large ship grid and Small ship grid.
The game limits a player character's maximum flying speed to 5% faster than a fastest (Large or Small) ship speed. It cannot be changed individually.


Known issues in the game when changing your maximum ship speed:
* The game also limits the Autopilot Speed to 120m/s. This cannot be changed by mods.
* In multi player, a server with less than 1.0 sim speed will reduce the maximum speed of ships and players automatically to keep them all in sync.
* Players can only walk around on a moving ship with artifical gravity at a maxmimum speed of 111m/s. This cannot be changed by mods.
* Ships descending down to a planet can become uncontrollable, unless you have sufficient thrust to slow the ship from the higher speed. No stock ship has sufficent thrust to do this, and they will crash into the planet. They can only slow from 100m/s to land safely.
