Better Megachelon Breeding

Description
Just a simple mod that adds a buff to all tamed Megachelon's that removes the water depth requirements for breeding.

A new option will appear on tamed female Megachelon's that will allow them to breed anywhere.

Works as intended, yeah thats it lmao
Would be kinda cool if theres is a main mod that simplifies all the dino breeding, for example that removes the need to place the magmasaurs in lava or spam fire breaths on them
