Project Injury Reaction (PIR) ACE medical version

Description
In response to the most recent update to PIR that broke the ACE compat by battlekeeper, i have decided to take it into my own hands to fix it.
I spent many hours trying to dabble with the code however the easier solution as it seems was to just delete the PIR_frags folder.
Although i have found no issues this is a very jerryrigged solution so if there are any small bugs or random computer fires please tell me.
