Description
The early landings, at about 0140 directly on the town, resulted in heavy casualties for the paratroopers. Some buildings in town were on fire that night, and they illuminated the sky, making easy targets of the descending men. Some were sucked into the fire. Many hanging from trees and utility poles were shot before they could cut loose.

Map overall is nice however building need a rework as the church and several on the lower left side units in them cannont fire from and a few could not exit. Personally I would think this plays better as a 2v2 map due to size.

i've been to saint mere eglise. apart from the church, this town looks nothing like it. i entered a building and was unable to exit it. time to start over from scratch. sorry.

yeah i was US and the enemy was the new german army group. the Germans were right behind the town. so when i set up to push i was shocked to find thier base there.

hmm so far i think it's okay for a 1v1. my only grip is the enemy base is too close to the town. but that's all.
