Grimorum: 6.81b - Wex, the Team Battle Monster

- EMP restores Invoker for 50% of the mana it drains from heroes (excluding illusions)

At level 15 with decent farm, your AoE spells can do this:
1100 Mana Drain
550 Pure Damage
680 Damage from Tornado
2.0 Sec Pushback
2.8 Sec Lift
Long Disarm
Monstrous Mana Recovery!

Situational Build: Only good for Team Battles and Tower Defense.
Warning: Do not attempt this build against Split Pushers or Pugna


Instructions for Initiation:

Invoke Tornado first, then invoke Deafening Blast
Tornado, Invoke EMP ASAP

For the refresher combo, can you invoke tornado first then EMP then invoke the deafening blast instead of the preinvoked EMP way?

Early game, EQ is best with forge/snap and SS.

What do you do earlyish game?
Before you can get off your refresher combo, do you just use the combo once?

This build is great when you have higher levels Wex, but how to play Wex Invoker in his early levels? I tried this build and it was so hard to land at first. :(

Phase, arcane, and treads all got nerfed in 6.78 and 6.79. Tranquil no longer good on semi-carry, and travel boot's cost was reduced from 2200 to 2000.
