More Realistic Honey

Description
A quick lesson on the realistic shelf life of honey:
Honey, arguably, doesn't spoil. In normal storage conditions, it will only thicken and crystallize. You can return it to it's normal, non-crystallized state by putting it in a glass jar(if it's not already in one) and putting that jar into a pot of simmering water. The heat will cause it to decrystallize and become as good as new! Just don't heat the honey to it's boiling point as that will make it lose some of it's flavor and nutritional value.

What that means to this mod:
This mod allows you to cook honey over a campfire to get a fresh unit of honey! Also, instead of turning into rot, it will now turn into a new prefab, "crystallized honey", which doesn't spoil and can also be cooked over a fire for a fresh unit of honey. Eating crystallized honey without cooking it first will cause a slight sanity loss and it has a hunger value that's about a third of normal honey.

Changes:
-Fixed the ice box deleting crystalized honey when normal honey spoils while in the ice box.
-Increased honey's spoilage level when cooked over a fire.
-Adjusted the spoil time of honey(again). Base spoil time is 45 days now, instead of the default 40.
-Added a new prefab "crystallized honey". See above for how it works.
-Doubled the spoil time of honey.

Can you please help me to write the simple mod to make Hamlet gummy slug not spoilable, so i can keep it as my pet forever? I suppose it's similar to this mode. I really will miss my slug if it spoiles :(

for anyone who want to use this mod on shipwrecked, you can add shipwrecked_compatible = true" to modinfo.lua like the person below said. it works fine BUT i've notice a bug with thermal stones. somehow, if this mod enabled in your world you'll not be able to freeze thermal stone in the ice box anymore, which is really suck for dry season. i've only found this bug so far so use it with your own risk!

Why the sanity loss? Crystallized honey is best honey ;(

@Mouse Thank you for this great mod, not just does it make the game make so much more sense, it actually got me into putting a tiny bit of locally made wild flower amber honey into my regular diet since mid 2016 when I hadn't thought about honey in years.

I was wondering, and I know it's likely a large investment of time but is there any chance you might be able to port this mod into Don't Starve Together? Just Wednesday I had a friend complain about how stupid it was that her honey went bad and I told her I had a mod that addressed that but it was only accessible on my single player runs.
