Description
X-RIVER is a very fun little map that must be solved eight times, just cross the river, but the Difficulty increases slowly ! How far will you arrive ?

Difficulty :

(PART 1/2)
# X-River 1 = 1/10 (Easy)
# X-River 2 = 4/10 (Medium)
# X-River 3 = 5/10 (Medium)
# X-River 4 = 6/10 (Medium)

(PART 2/2)
# X-River 5 = 7/10 (Hard)
# X-River 6 = 8/10 (Very Hard)
# X-River 7 = 9/10 (Expert)
# X-River 8 = 10/10 (Master !)

Surprisingly easy, mostly because each of the chambers can be solved with one cube, so it doesn't bring that much challenge. Also, you should definitely remove Whitley voice, it's so annoying and distracting.

Good work with the increasing difficulty in the sequantial rooms, (lasers are not my favorite elements but this set is great).

I loved it. The first part, though fairly easy to navigate, was still a thinker. Then I saw the first laser room and was so disapointed. It got better. I love laser puzzles but this was a laser puzzle on steroids. Number four had me looking everywhere. I went around twice. Great ending. Cudos and all that. Thank you. Looking forward to the next one.

I'm with DeathWish808 on this one to some extent. Laser puzzles like this (your X-River series and bonus maps) tend to make me look really stupid, even after I solve it. Seeing 4th, I get really hesitant after that.

Let me preface by saying I hate laser grid puzzles, which is also a name of a map I made to show why.
BUT, after reluctantly adding this and Part 2 to my queue, I played this one. It started out like Portal 1 GlaDOS's f-f-f-fling yourself section which was fine, but confused me why it was there after getting to the rest. I get it though... I think...
Just an easy introduction with familiar mechanics then into laser puzzle with a very easy to grasp solution almost immediately upon entering.
After that and the 1st room I saw what was going on.
Bottom line is that I thought this was a super fun and clever start even though it was fairly easy. The difficulty ramped up very nicely. I liked the progression and I could almost guess what might be changed next.
Anyway, I am now a fan of laser puzzles, BUT ONLY if they intrigue me like this. Playing your Part 2 in a little bit and I have high expectations. :-D
