Description
There are covert actions that allow you to improve combat intelligence for soldiers... except for hero classes, who ironically need them the most.

This mod allows resistance heroes on these, so you don't have to burn your Skirmisher when he doesn't have good combat intelligence.

@Lampros @Lonerwurld It wasn't a "bug'' but rather a "feature''. You can't get it unless you are an high-profile top skilled game dev. You are welcome.

I am wondering, too.

what was the reason hero classes cannot increase their combat intelligence? was it a bug or was it intended by the devs to work that way?

@Strike Freedom Where do you put the lines in?

Oh figured it out, for those that want custom classes to be able to raise combat intelligence just make sure to set or have

This works wonderfully, Thank You!
@robojumper Is there anyway to make it so Custom Classes can also benefit?

What exactly fixed it for you @b.hejda ? This isn't working for my existing game either. I've disabled and re-enabeld it again and the faction heroes are definitely not Savants. My Mox has a Stadard Combat Inteligence, but I can't send any faction heroes and I have 4 (2 Reapers, 1 Templar and 1 Skirmisher)

@robojumper Thanks for all of your mods and fixes! I highly suggest you add basic pictures to your mods so people see something that grabs their attention (along with the pic of the code/script you already have).

Look at who's made commits for the Highlander on Github.

Yes, it works. The problem was somewhere else.
