Advanced Infantry conversion and balance for Road to 56

This mod adds in some new functionality for equipment conversion in both the vanilla game and if you are a fan of road to 56 or Realistic Air Missions like I am. I have a few versions of this mod that allow for differing degrees equipment conversion. This mod currently allows for 'avanced conversion' allowing you to convert your infantry equipment to newer models without having to increment from one model to the next. For example you can convert basic infantry equipment all the way to your highest reasearched equipment.

I have created a more modular series of this mod at the following links if you prefer one type off equipment to convert differently than the others.
