A game so good that people argue about it's politics to this day.

Good game, though the last time I played it my anti-virus said it was a virus which is probably a false positive (this was in oct 2022) not sure if the issue is fixed but if it is I will play it again.

To those who want to know what it feels like to play: build infrastructure and listen to midis.
Its good but the only thing that bugs me is that the control are difficult to learn at first, but it is to be expected.
If you can learn to play the game properly it is a fun time.

I only play hoi4 with total conversion mods enabled
I have barley played the base game and own only the 3 essential DLCs.
So technically I am not a "true Hoi4 player" and technically since I also touched grass today, I am the only hoi4 player that is not an outcast and probably the only hoi4 player that is not a communist or a fascist.

TLDR: I am the only hoi4 player that is a decent human being.

On my most recent play through I got scratched and got infected which only has a 7% chance of happening and it was my first time getting hit that run.
This game somehow finds a way to assrape you no matter what.

This game is good for what it is, "The world's smallest city builder".
I have seen people compare it to Townscaper, this is true in some ways, they are both instant city/town building games however, they both differ in art style and the ways they give the player control. For example Townscaper lets you shape your towns and buildings, but don't let you change the look or style of the building and are confined to a grid. In this game if you don't like the style of the buildings you can just press R until you get what you want. This game is worth the $3 and is again, "The world's smallest city builder. There are a lot of thing I've spent more than $3 on and got less enjoyment out of it so even if this isn't your cup of tea and you stop playing after 10 minutes just remember there are worse things to spend $3 on.
TLDR: It's alright
