voice_enable 1 - This enables the voice chat.

voice_scale 1 - This is the best quality for voice-compression. Any value that is greater or lower sounds awful.

voice_maxgain 7 - This controls the volume of the voice chat. The default setting is 10.

voice_avggain 0.2 - This controls the averaging of the voice chat. The default setting is 0.5. A setting of 1 makes it considerably low. This is useful if you play soft music or have a quiet voice.

voice_overdrive 3 - This lowers the environmental volume whenever someone is speaking. A value of 3 is 30 per cent.

voice_steal 2 - This uses the least-used audio channel.

voice_loopback 1 - This allows you to hear your own microphone input.
