If you're willing to replay races and missions for multiple cars in single player + weed through the blemishes on the multiplayer, this is a good game.

this game is nowhere near as good as its sequel. its still a fun time, but it feels a bit more dated, is much MUCH shorter, and one or two puzzles could benefit from a little bit of tinkering to make them more captivating. overall, though, this is still a fun time, and i recommend you play it before playing the sequel just to get a feel for it.

this is my favorite game of all time. the arid setting and star-rattling soundtrack go so so SO well together. the puzzles are not only fun and challenging, but also just have better new mechanics than the first game. gone is waiting for some electric orb to slowly make its way down a hall - now you get to spray a bunch of ♥♥♥♥ everywhere that improves your mobility and lets you place more portals. or you can take a ride on those switches that launch anything that happens to land on it.

the game improves in the writing aspect, too. throwing wheatley into the mix makes the story much more engaging and makes it so that the game isnt over in 2 hours. the dark humor here is on point, and the ending is surprisingly sentimental and beautiful. the graphics are a sight to behold, too.

the multiplayer here is pretty much just coop portal gameplay, and having that extra player changes the way you have to think about every puzzle you see, because now you have a wholeass other living thing to account for.

this game is beyond perfect. venturebeat can eat my rosy ass.

there isnt much to this game. not too many players online and some of the classes are just better than others. i guess if you really wanna try this game, go ahead because at least its free? but overall i woudldnt get my knickers in a twist if this game was wiped from existence.

Obvious concept executed well. Lots of game modes, some obviously better than others, but still. Good time with friends.

The cast of characters is great. They're all full of personality and life. The gameplay is simple, but engaging and addictive. The atmospheres and maps are terrifying and well designed. This right here is what we call in the business a "goodass game." Play it.
