crazy that this game not only takes away what you paid, but also resets your character level every season to create a sense of necessity, and on top of that, its about $20-$50 per dlc. idc if they changed any of the above info, but ever since destiny 2's release it's left a lasting impression on me.

this game sucks for 100%ing and in general. it is all too time consuming to be 'fun' to play.
1. its suited as a mobile game, not a steam game. mobile gets exclusive benefits that help much better with gameplay compared to steam version
2. there are event achievements which you have a limited time to get both passive items and pickaxes (which are rng dependent). if you're lucky, it might come around before the season? typically not though.
3. a good chunk of achievements are rng dependent and most of the time its better to pay for it than spend your time grinding for anything in this game. if you're not looking to pay to play this game its about 0.5% base chance for a pickaxe.

TLDR this is the worst clicker game on mobile and steam, and until it changes for the better in terms of time consumption and RNG i wont change my stance on this

This game gets hashed much more than it should. Although its somewhat linear, it has unique mechanics that are often overlooked and for whatever reason wasn't re-implemented into Dark Souls III. For example, bonfire ascetics help you refresh an entire area and its boss without starting NG+. The easiest to 100% compared to the other games, and in my opinion, I would rank this at my favorite in terms of enjoyment from the three Dark Souls games. The only time when it feels a bit unfair or tedious is during the DLC portions, as the bosses tend to be more fast paced than the base game, and that's not to mention Frigid Outskirts...

Gameplay is classical but its extremely hard to grasp the endless modes for completion. Pain in the ass to get lucky enough for those minigames.

This game is the best to be introduced to the DS series. The pace of Dark Souls I is very slow compared to Dark Souls III. Going from Dark Souls III to Dark Souls I is much more difficult compared to the other way around. Nevertheless, it was very enjoyable to play through.

Classic, somewhat short story, good gameplay, and the extra maps and challenges are very difficult.
