Requires a little bit of exploration at the start to learn and understand how the game works and how you like playing it, but once you figure it out it opens up a world of never-ending exploration and fun. People you meet are a gamble, some are funny and friendly while others can be super toxic and aggressive. PvP is fun and challenging and adds a level of excitement and danger to plundering loot.

I would recommend this game to all of my friends and hope that everybody has as much fun as I do playing this game.

Borderlands 2 is my favourite game of all time. The characters were charming and unique, the art style is beautiful, the guns were all unique and interesting, the jokes were hilarious, the easter eggs were genuinely fun to find, and overall the gameplay and story were incredibly enjoyable. Borderlands 3, however, feels more like an attempt to profit off of Borderlands fans by trying so hard to create something that looks like Borderlands 2, but is not even close.
Borderlands 3 has what seems to be a cheesy, lazy, story so far. The characters are mostly annoying and the idea to bring back vault hunters from Borderlands 2 is poorly done. They try to play off of the end of Borderlands 2 where they find the vault map that leads to a bunch of other planets, cool concept, right? Well, it would be if they did it properly. What they ended up creating is what feels like an endless, repetitive shoot enemies, walk a few steps, shoot enemies, walk, shoot, walk, shoot, OH look a vault key piece! Next planet please! It gets annoying, not to mention the increased drop rate for legendaries makes them drop like candy. By level 5 I had about 6 legendaries in my inventory, which totally defeats the excitement of seeing that orange drop.
On top of the gameplay and story issues, this game is very poorly optimized. I have a Ryzen 5 2600 with a Radeon RX 580 and this game crashes every 10-20 minutes on the lowest settings. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, verifying game files, and changing the launch options, and yet no fixes. It seems as though I'm not the only one experiencing crashes, so just be wary of this if you plan on playing this game.
What Borderlands 3 does do right is the side quests. The side quests in this game seem to be the only entertainment that I've really been able to pull. Maurice and the cartel is a fun quest line, most of Claptrap's quests are fun, same with anything Marcus wants from you.
Overall, I think that Borderlands 3 was a big miss and seems to have simply been a rushed, poorly optimized, cash grab mostly due in part to the devs partnering with Epic Games. it simply feels like it's missing the love that was put into Borderlands 2.
Pros:
-classic Borderlands art style
-Vault hunters brought back from Borderlands 2
-Gameplay and enemies are challenging
Cons:
-poorly optimized
-Dry story
-Repetitive walking and shooting
-Boring boss fights

Mordhau is a fantastic game if you can handle the toxic community. The learning curve is huge and the maps are decently balanced. The devs are super active and seem to be in tune with game balance and the state of the community. Prepare for a lot of trolling, racist chat, and team killing.
