The game is great, definitely can recommend trying it out. All the negative reviews are people complaining about some really minor stuff like "graphics are bad" or how the game is overly monetised even though the only things you can buy for money are cosmetics. The optimisation is bad right now but with time it should get better so I wouldn't call that a deal-breaker.
