I played this after a i broke up with my ex, and after having a rough time after that i spent my week off after that playing GRIS when no one was home, in a way it helped me start to cope and move on from a time i thought would have been forever, i guess you could say the game has a very comfy feel to it.

After beating this game i just want to say that this is a significantly different game compared to others i have played, it has been awhile since i was gripped by a story to the verge of tearing up towards it's end and kept me invested as i continued my westward journey across America, here are my pros and cons

Pros:
+ Gripping and Unique Story
+ Fun combat/stealth with many unique approaches that you can unlock as you progress
+ Addicting gameplay loop with a very in depth carrying system
+ Atmospheric world and breathtaking environments
+ Online elements are very rewarding and makes you feel satisfied that what you do helps others in their playthroughs
+ Stunning and immersive soundtrack (Seriously! At least listen to it on Spotify/Youtube if you get the chance)
+ Some amazing performances in game (including one involving Tommie Earl Jenkins)
Cons:
- Frustrating off-road physics with vehicles
- certain scenes with awkward dialogue
- not enough of involvement between Sam and other characters in cutscenes

Although this may not be everything i can praise/criticize the game it was an overall 10/10 for me and i highly recommend it to those that want a different gaming experience or to those that enjoy Kojima's other works such as Silent Hill, or Metal Gear Solid.

WARNING THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS for DDLC!!!

DDLC is not the game it says it is, in fact it reminds me of an episode of the show gravity falls titled "Soos and the Real Girl" even though this game and the episode aren't the exact same they still have a similar premise

Soos/You use dating sim/literature club in Soos's case he was trying to practice talking to girls, while you have whatever reason that made you pick up the game, and meet a girl (Giffany/Monica) who Soos/You eventually find out that she is self aware and want to be with you forever, However in Soos' case Giffany was able to follow him out of the game by traveling between electronics, and Monica was able to control the game as a whole deleting the characters so it was eliminated to just You and Monica. Which finally brings Soos/You to destroy Giffany/Monica, While Soos permanatly Destroyed Giffany, Monica stays and eventually saves you in the end

All in all i recommend this game who enjoy visual novels, or even Gravity Falls fans who

Nominate it for the "Constant Content Award" for i did play it for awhile, and it always something new to the table

When Going into this experiance at the beginning, i was expecting that it was going to be another batman game that will be groundbreaking as the arkham series, now that i have exited it i am feeling refreshed on how i veiw batman and the mythos around him.

Most people said that the worst episode of the game was Episode 4, although i agree with them, i really enjoyed how it set the basis of season 2, and the choices it will add to the game, my least favorite episode was episdoe 2 just because of how slow it was at the beginning (i know it was the same for 4 but i really get why the episode was slow for a reason), i really enjoyed episode 5 when playing and now pumped for season 2 when it eventually comes out.

I really also enjoyed all of the charecter portrayals in this Batman story, it made Bruce Wayne as deep as a character as Batman, and not just shoved into the side sequences, and some of the effects that some of my decisions that changed the toll of my game.

All in all i give the game a 8/10 due to some of the technical issues i had, mainly insome of the sound and lip syncing issues i ran into the game all in all the entire game is great to play in one sitting and i highly recommend this to anyone who is a Telltale or Batman fan,

A game with the simplest of plots that it turns this game into one of the best indie games of 2015. although one runthrough of this game is about 10 hours long, there are 3 endings (mainly 2 endings) in the game the atmosphere is like most RPGs in the 1980s, and the 1990s (earthbound, final fantasy, and goldensun). the game has many characters to interact with that it and you have a choice to kill them, or to spare them, the bosses have a medium to heavy difficulty to the point i had to really think through my pacifist runthrough. for the ten dollars it costs it is a great game to pick up and play for the upcoming year.
