This was genuinely one of the best games with definitely one of the best communities I've ever played with. Unfortunately Sony sucks. I will not risk my personal info with sony's terrible track record. Will uninstall and attempt a refund as soon as I'm required to sign into a PSN account.

Madden it hasn't been good since 2012, and it was at its best from the 06-08 releases. Since the annual billions they receive from idiots gambling in pay to win ultimate team, they haven't needed to try.

Why the positive remark then? Because I'm happy to say while its still no where near how good it should be, this madden from (at this moment) 9 hours of play time I've had is better than the last I've played. Which is madden 21. It didn't have obnoxious errors like the wrong year listed on the banners, though that might only be the case since I got the game late. The NOTsuperstar mode is better, and more immersive, which was a pleasant surprise. All the drills work, so your able to actually complete them. I haven't had a hair pulling error of a drill ending and the screen zooming out without able to exit, forcing one to alt-f4.

The game play itself has improved, if only barely. Its still a scripted garbage mess. But its less prone to script error, or one script colliding with another. Still occasionally maybe once every 3 games I'll have a player go down in a tackle and the script gets bugged and he'll do some strange moonwalking or something.

Overall I'd encourage and support everyone not to buy madden. But if you see it on sale like it is at the moment of the post for 70 percent off. Go ahead. I mean they make 100s of millions of mut and a billion give or take off ultimate team across all games EVERY YEAR, so do they really care if we (who want a good franchise and good superstar mode) refuse to buy it? That was the deciding factor for me, I was craving a football game and they don't care if I refuse to buy it.

Edit: My HB career randomly changed to a QB and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my character at week 17. Apparently its been an issue since release. Sigh. Don't buy it.

A truly Sandbox rpg/basebuilding game

The campaign is unimpressive but at least different. But what has really got me impressed about this total war update is the multiplayer campaign, up to 8 people?! Simultaneous turns?(on the campaign screen only) Unfortunately there is desync problems still.
Once the immortal empires campaign is released the game will be 100 percent worth the buy. But for now if your short on cash play WH2 its more polished.

a classic. Fun combat and an interesting storyline.

Garbage. Not sure what a controller without two sticks is good for? Maybe a game traditionally used with a mouse like a rts or something.

I really enjoyed this game, I only have one complaint. It's too short, I felt for sure I'd get more trips to Britannia. I figured the game was something you could continue and see all sorts of factions. 1 summer is the entire saga. Disappointing for sure.
