Please disregard most of the negative reviews, this is still an incredibly fun game with loads of content (just look at my playtime). Almost all of the recent negative reviews are about the recent AoE/explosive weapon nerfs. There were a good handful of these weapons that completely overshadowed most other weapon options and were completely braindead to use, to the point where you could very often completely ignore the game and stare at the minimap the entire mission and just spam shots in the general direction of the red dots on said map. Now that ammo is slightly more scarce, especially for these problem weapons, you have to *gasp* slightly THINK about where you place your shots so you are more likely to get your ammo back.

One of the best and most iconic games to grace the Earth and is still incredibly fun 10+ years later, even if updates are very slow I HIGHLY encourage anyone to play. But who honestly HASN'T played this yet?

I played this game extensively a few years ago and had a blast and I'm trying to pick it back up. While it takes a few centuries to find a match, when you do find one it's still pretty fun. It's not as good as in its hay day but it can still be enjoyed fairly extensively.

The game will not launch no matter what I do...

EDIT: I didn't have any problems downloading and playing it from the official site, so if you don't want to tinker with files then get it from there.
