Read "Roadside Picnic" if you want to add to your experience. It's very fulfilling seeing the original inspiration for all the Stalker series manifest itself in an inspired take on it in VR. 10/10 most immersive VR experience I've had in a long time.

A relaxing and casual dive into the world of rocket science and satellite communications. Coming into this game with a little knowledge on the subject helps, but if one invests their time into the game, then they'll find themselves wanting to find out more and more about the subjects presented in the game. All in an attempt to land amongst the most far out celestial bodies in the solar system and, hopefully, come back with enough moon rocks to give to every kid with the last name Kerman. Well worth to pick up during the steam sale; with DLC or without, it's still a very enjoyable game!

Early Access Review
Finish the whole car
Car needs gas
Take the van to town to fill the jerry can with gas for the car
Get on highway
Drive a bit
While driving past grain silo, there is a blue sedan coming at me head on. In MY lane.
Panic ensues, I hit the brakes but my van wont move out of his path without vaulting a culvert and killing myself
The blue car doesn't budge, hurtling towards me without so much as a care in the world
Realize I forgot to save in those last winking moments
More panic ensues
Life flashes before my eyes
The iconic soundtrack plays to a self-submitted obituary entry in the paper

If you really thoroughly enjoy raw, unexpected, and downright silly moments like these, then you'll definitely enjoy My Summer Car. The hours I've put into this game are some very memorable ones. Every time I come back to this game, I find myself having more fun than the last time. Striving towards making that crummy little Nissan Cherry into a Finnish rally performance sh!tbox is more fun than it seems when everything comes together. It's the odd amount of realism and absurdity that inevitably bring me back to this game. It's great fun to be had, definitely pick this game up if you ever get the chance.

A great game to pick up anytime, on sale or not. There's a big learning curve, and it requires some time to learn, but it's extremely satisfying once one gets the hang of it. There's something in the instinctual nature of our being that gets brought out in full force when playing this game. This is definitely because of its life or death, kill or be killed gameplay; the desire to own the best items and to dominate with them tops all. Knowing that you put all that work in to enjoy that item later makes getting these better, higher tier items that much sweeter. Making almost movie-like plays to get that loot just adds to that already intense sweetness. The quest for the best items almost forces players back, and hooked me ever since I started on the beach as a naked with a rock and a torch. Facepunch has something special with Rust, and I hope they don't stray too far from the Rust that captivated me and so many others..
