Awesome game!

It has improved some skyrim gameplay, mechanics, added various new weapons and armor.
The game is more challenging than skyrim which may be a con for some but is positive for me.
It has amazing music and voice acting. I was really surprised by the voice acting, it is certainly rare to see voice acting in a mod, and one done so good on top of that (Plus they weren't afraid of swearing - adds more emotion to the story).
The story so far has been amazing. Got me way more involved and immersed in it than the Skyrim's.
It contains some existential and philosophical questions - I love it!

The reviews need an update after the update 2.0 came out. Now the game is not just what it promised but much more. You have to cleverly manage your cybernetic implants as there now exists a limit to how much chrome your body can withstand, you can obviously increase this limit with perks. Clothes aren't the only major thing that gives armor - implants are. Clothes only have atributes like "+8% protection from hacks" etc. Weapon's rarities have been changed to be from "common, rare" to "gen I, ..., gen V" and then "gen V+". Weapons' attributes are now much more descriptive and are not stating only DPS, but damage, attacks/sec, reload, weapon handling and so on. Police doesn't spawn randomly behind you - now they have actual AI where they form police barricades and drive smart vehicles that shoot bullets and rockets (that you can steal). When you get 5 stars of wanted Max-Tac arrives with an AV just like in the opening scene of cyberpunk with Jackie. Then they hack you, chop you with mantis blades and whatnot. Also, perks have been completely reworked (for the better!) but I haven't gotten into it yet. There are a lot of smaller changes or changes that I may have forgotten to mention but the gist is - the game is awesome. Can definitely recommend.

A very polished and enjoyable game.
Killing enemies is satisfying, getting loot is as well, especially when you get something better than what you have currently equipped.
Though real gameplay begins after completing the main story and getting access to the MAYHEM MODE

A masterpiece.
