I may not have that much play time in this game currently, but as a major fan of the roguelite and like genre, I can say this game is a must have for fans of said genre. While the game may be confusing at first, with it's strange physics and camera angle, once you get used to it the game is downright amazing. After playing nuclear throne (another great game in the genre which i highly recommend) a void was left in my heart where i was wishing for another hard roguelite and boy did this deliver.

As a fair warning, this game is INCREDIBLY hard, even on the lower difficulties. Still however, i find the difficulty to be just fine. It's hard enough that you will need to play multiple times before winning, even on the lowest difficulty, but fair enough that once you get used to it, you can fly through the levels a lot faster. To make this even better, the devs seem very dedicated to their work in balancing it and adding new stuff almost constantly.

Speaking of stuff, boy does this game have a TON of stuff. There are so many different weapons even when you barely start playing, and there are so many modifiers and weapon mods that you are bound to have a different run and build every time. There are also many sidearms, spells, special weapons, and consumables that spice up every run even more. The amount of replay value i see in this game already is astonishing.

The game isn't short on interactables either, as every level is filled to the brim with them. Shops, totems that change the layout, jump pads, things that transform you into a wisp at high octane speeds, and even hang gliders keep the levels themselves extremely fresh.

This isn't even mentioning the upgrades to your character that you can get. These apply to passive things, change your dodge/jump, add WEAPONS do your dodge/jump, and BOY are these some hard choices to take.

To sum it up, this game has SO much obvious replay value even from the start, and it isn't just a game that you can go rushing into, as there is a lot of thought behind weapon combos and upgrades.

I STRONGLY urge you to buy this and try to get used to the wonky viewpont and some of the wonky mechanics, as they quickly make way for a very fun game.

Also, keep in mind that this is all picked up from 2 HOURS of gameplay yet there is already so much good to say about I, Dracula. The fact that the devs are also constantly updating this is nothing short of god's work.

5/5.

A game that I had heard about and then forgotten for a while has finally come to PC.

Initially, i never played it since it was on a console i never really had the chance to own, so imagine my surprise when I saw this game on the steam store!

And might I say i don't regret picking this up at all. While it may not be the most exciting game, i feel like it is amazing in it's own unique way. Never did i think I would be able to form a bond with someone who I was only able to make sounds towards, but sure enough I did. When they lost their entire scarf at one point I felt more sorrow than I thought I would have. You may not be able to join friends directly but I believe that makes the game even better.

I've wanted to play this for a long time, and now that I have been given the chance to, I can easily say this game is worth picking up. 5/5.
