Very fun concept. Some of the minigames are a little frustrating (especially the stealth levels) but the main focus is the language puzzle and that part is done very well. The story is also pretty compelling.

A lot of people see Napoleon Total War as basically just an improved version of this game, and I don't entirely disagree, but I think I enjoy this one more. The bugs aren't as frequent or noticeable as I expected going in, and the much larger map compared to Napoleon is a lot of fun if, like me, you like to play a very long campaign and try to conquer as much as possible

Unplayable until they either add bots or generate more interest. I was the only player online when I tried to find a game. Maybe if I waited long enough someone else would have come but then it would just be 1v1 which isn't fun and wouldn't be a good intro to the game.

Basically a more in-depth version of the only part of Spore people actually like. It's buggy right now but there's lots of potential.

Update servers are so bad it's literally faster to uninstall and reinstall. Please just do your updates through Steam instead of your own barely functioning download service.

Interesting but small open world. Funny jokes and references. I also don't hate the RTS elements as much as most people seem to. Overall 8/10

I had pretty low expectations going into this and I somehow still ended up disappointed

I've spent over 700 hours in this game and I'm nowhere near getting bored yet. The game is awesome and the modding community is fantastic.

It's not nearly as good as the first game, but it is a sort of fun way to waste some time.

It's not a great game, but it's not bad either. It has a lot of problems, mainly owing to the outdated engine, but overall it is enjoyable. People say it's pay2win but the default weapons are actually powerful enough that I don't think that's the case.
