While the game itself is certainly missing some things, the fact that dev didn't give up on it is a huge plus. This could really scratch my need for more Jalopy

This is legit one of the best roguelite games I've ever played and I am now mad that nobody talks about it. Insanely fun, fast and varied combat, absolutely banging soundtrack (that's what surprised me the most tbh) and really good artstyle with nice comics /saturday morning-cartoon vibes. If it wasn't for few things (especially the story) I couldn't really tell you that this is an early access game. If the devs continue improving and adding new stuff, I think we might have on of the best offers of the genre on our hands. But what's here now is still an absolute gold and well worth your money and time, even at full price

If I could give this 50% I would. This game DESPERATELY needs some better mod support. The base is there and it's fun. The planes are (as advertised) simple to fly and yet they still somehow fit into that fine space between arcade and simulation. But honestly? That's kinda all there is at this point. You can play a small amount of missions, but a good chunk of them just feels like a tutorial and they get boring real quick. I personally would welcome some more combat missions for example. You can't build your own planes (unless you own the base game) and there is only one map (that is really boring imo) with some possibilities of exploration.
I understand that the game costs 8 bucks, but some better mod support could really turn this game into low cost must have.
As of now, it's a fun experience for few hours

They expect you to pay 99 bucks (33 on a "good" sale) for the entirety of a game that's 10 years old.
Otherwise, for the base 50€ game you'll get:
1. fun and varied singleplayer campaign with a decent amount of replayability
2. semi-alive cheater infested multiplayer, that can be really fun, but will make you want to leave this mortal realm 90% of the time
3. THREE (yes, three) zombie maps that all look the same (dark and firey, woo) and are all just small parts of the main "TranZit" mode that's ok-ish but feels underdeveloped

It's really fun but I couldn't recommend this to anyone just because of the price alone. If the whole game went for 30€ normaly and like 15€ on sale it would recommend it instantly. But as of now, if you're going to buy a CoD game just get the newer ones or buy CoD WAW just because you can mod that one to kingdom come

They actually still update this for some ungodly reason
