The concept is great, art is decent, but the game mechanics is an atrocity. A lot of people are complaining about the UI and controls but it's the game mechanics which makes the game simply unplayable.

At its core this game is the guilt-free version of This War of Mine scavenging run, minus the fun. Managing four thieves down to their every bit of action in a fast-paced game when you can barely keep them together in one screen is about as bad as it can get.

Plus side is that the devs are listening to the community and are willing to put extra work to make the game better, but as it is now I can't recommend this game.
