Prequel to the original Arkham series. We are introduced to a younger, less refined Batman and his rogues.
The narrative is interesting as it really gives insights into the psychology of each character and their motivations.

Pros & Cons:

+ Interesting narrative story. This really is quite an origin story to the Batman and several of his villains.
+ Detective Mode. This game brought the investigations up to a new level, compared to Asylum and City. You actually feel like you are doing some actual investigative work.
+ Decent Graphics & optimization.
+ Open world. A medium sized open world map for exploration, fun to compare some landmarks in Origins with City and see how much has changed with the different time setting.

- Challenge system. Interesting idea for achievements, but it broke my immersion by quite a bit. Apparently, you could miss out on some predator challenges because some of them are area-specific so you have to play the game again on a harder difficulty just to try again.
- Few bugs & glitches. I had experienced restarting a predator room and some enemies didn't spawn/load back. Premature zipline kicks and end up dropping on the ground? Batman's cape not opening up properly while gliding. You could say the game is as polished as this younger Batman.
- Combat. While most people like the combat more in this game, I didn't like that some of the mechanics are different from Arkham City.

Absolutely love this series. This builds on the previous installment, Batman: Arkham Asylum. Everything is bigger in this sequel from gadgets to rogues, map, story etc. I would definitely recommend this series.

Rome wasn't built in a day. The game had a bumpy release, but it has grown to become one of the best TW games in the series. This game introduced me to the series and I love replaying it from time to time.

I am one of the early access players and I feel that my money has gone to waste. It is very disappointing to hear & see how much was promised and believe in that potential for the game, and to have almost none of it delivered. The devs had all the funding they needed from early access sales but they clearly put it into developing their other game. Booooooooo.

I have played this game for many years. It has changed quite a bit since but it has always been enjoyable.

Better than Duolingo for learning different languages.
