The game is essentially perfect. Almost any problem you have with the game can be solved by getting good/ using the mechanics of doom (flame belch, nades to stagger enemies, punch). It is a resource management game as well as a movement shooter. This is the ultimate 3d shooter puzzle, if you like quake or unreal this is your ♥♥♥♥. When you play the game on the harder difficulties you will be forced to adapt and have fun. You can learn the meta/ strategies BUT it is nye impossible to min max the fun out of because of the mechanics involved. This game let's you practice your aim in one of the most fun ways imaginable. The ost is one of the best for a shooter period. Unfortunately there isn't much extra content and the multiplayer is booty ass cheeks. The story is bad/a meme which if you have a problem with that I implore you to lookup what john carmack said about story in games. I highly recommend playing this on mouse & keyboard, and playing with a high fps. TAG is an extremely enjoyable dlc and is v recommend wish there was more dlc.

This game is crack cocaine. Its the game of the decade, 2020s won't get any better from here as there is no planned eternal sequel. No hyperbole gaming as a whole doesn't get much better than this this is one of the best fps games ever made hands down. ID software delivered like they did in the 90s.

Used to benchmark gtx 1080ti hella worth it. Oh and the game is P good.

Mechanically this game is a ♥♥♥♥♥. Its hard to pick up the reg sucks but eventually you learn the intricacies of every angle. At its worst its broken garbage at its best it is the best class based fps game you have ever played (besides tf2).
